承担和参加“十一五”及“十二五”国家科技支撑计划和“863”项目5项;包括新型乳制品研制及其产业化开发;乳基料及配料在婴幼儿奶粉中应用的关键技术研究子课题研究等;

主持和参加国家自然基金6项目。

获得省部级科技奖励6项,教育部科技成果6项;出版编译著作2部,以第一作者或通讯作者发表研究论文150余篇,其中SCI论文40余篇,获得授权发明专利12余项。

 

实验室简介

实验室以生物化学和食品微生物代谢工程技术为依托,主要开展了配方乳粉基料、乳蛋白活性功能肽加工和益生菌作用机理与技术研究;动植物和微生物多组学研究;乳酸菌、双歧杆菌的益生、抗逆、合成代谢和蛋白质生物技术及遗传工程的研究;益生菌遗传与肠道免疫、外周血干细胞分化研究;新型益生菌和乳酸菌功能多肽肠道投递工程菌技术研究;功能食品新产品新技术开发等多层次研究。实验室研究梯队包括科研训练本科生及其国创URP项目、本科生毕设、食品科学与工程硕士、博士、留学生、博士后和教师、企业开发人员交流等多层次研究。
