工作简介

2005年以来一直致力于食物营养、食品过敏、食品安全性评价等领域的研究,尤其是在食物致敏原的鉴定、致敏性评估、过敏机理及抗过敏功能等研究方面,取得了一批具有领先水平的研究成果;同时,在保健食品、婴幼儿配方食品和特殊医学用途配方食品的研发、评价、咨询等方面也开展了很多工作。十余年来,主持各类国家级、省部级科研项目10余项、申请专利21件、7项已经获得了授权,2项实现了转化,获得软件著作权10件、参与制定国家标准5个,在国内外学术刊物上发表论文百余篇。
