学习工作经历

1995年留校工作。
1998 年9月~1999年3月在日本神户大学农学部进修。
2000 年3月~2001年3月作为联合国大学研究员在日本食品综合研究所酶工程研究室进行合作研究。
2001年9月晋升为副教授。
2004年12月晋升为教授。
2005年9月~2006年7月在法国食品工业大学(南特)进行合作研究。
2013年8月~10月在德国吕贝克大学进行合作研究

主要研究方向

1)食品酶与发酵工程:新型食品酶基因的克隆和表达、酶制剂的发酵生产、纯化、性质和应用;新酶的结构解析及分子改造:如新型葡聚糖酶、酯酶、几丁质酶等;

2)食品科学与工程方向:低聚糖的生产和功能、传统发酵食品和粮油加工食品等。

3)其他:新资源食品、食用有机酸发酵及生物质资源高效利用等;

 

代表著作、论文与专利

著有专业著作4部,代表性专著《酶与酶工程及其应用》(副主编,主笔16万字,2006年7月化学工业出版社出版)和《焙烤食品工艺学(第2版)》(副主编,主笔25万字,2010年1月中国轻工业出版社出版)。

在国内外刊物发表学术论文200余篇,其中SCI收录论文80多篇论文被引用1000多次,全部SCI论文的h index为22。授权国家发明专利30多项。

目前主持的在研项目包括国家杰出青年基金、“863”计划以及横向合作项目等多项课题。

主讲课程包括本科生的《食品酶学与酶工程原理》、《食品原料学》和研究生的《酶和酶工程专题》等。

奖励及其他

2014年教育部人才项目特聘教授和2013年获得国家杰出青年基金;荣获光华工程科技奖1项、中国青年科技奖1项、国家科技发明二等奖1项、国家科技进步二等奖1项、省部级科技进步二等奖2项和国际学术奖2项;入选科技部中青年科技创新领军人才和教育部“新世纪优秀人才”,另外博士论文获“全国优秀百篇博士论文”。
