1995.9-1998.6  中国农业大学食品学院攻读硕士研究生

1998.7-2000.8  北京市蜂产品公司从事产品开发工作

2000.9-2003.6  中国农业大学食品学院攻读博士研究生

2003.7至今    中国农业大学食品学院教师

2007.10-2008.10美国俄亥俄州立大学访问学者。 

 

主要学术任职

农业部果蔬加工重点实验室副主任;果蔬加工产业创新战略联盟秘书长;中国食品科学技术学会青年委员会副秘书长。

 

主要研究方向

食品质量与安全控制理论与技术;天然产物分离提取与功能食品;果蔬加工与贮藏技术。 目前的具体研究:1、热加工中化学危害物的形成机制、控制技术及毒性干预;2、非热加工技术的基础与应用研究;3、花青素等功能成分提取以及生物活性研究。

 

代表著作与论文

主编《食品安全与日常饮食》、《膜分离技术与食品加工》、副主编《食品加工与保藏》、参编《中国农产品加工发展战略研究》、《Vegetable Processing》等图书五部,以第一作者或通讯作者在国内外学术期刊累计发表论文70多篇,其中SCI收录论文30篇。

主要科研项目

主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金以及自然基金面上课题共3项,科技部科技支撑计划课题2项,教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划课题、教育部科学研究计划课题和北京市科技新星计划课题等;作为研究骨干参加973、863计划课题多项。 

 

教学工作

开设本科生“食品安全科学导论”、“食品安全与日常饮食”两门课程,研究生“食品加工过程安全研究进展”。

 

奖励及荣誉

获得国家科技进步二等奖1项、省部级科技进步二等奖2项、教育部自然科学奖1项、北京市青年学术演讲比赛一等奖。

2012年获得国家自然科学基金国家优秀青年基金资助,入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、北京市“科技新星”计划。
